At Bridal Bazaar, we strive to deliver your order quickly and safely. Below is our shipping policy to ensure transparency and clarity on our shipping process.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We partner with a range of carriers to get your order to you as quickly as possible:

  • Standard Delivery:

    • For most parcels, we use Australia Post for parcel post services, with delivery times generally between 1 to 3 business days within Australia, depending on your location.
  • Courier Delivery:

    • For larger or bulkier items, we may use courier services. Delivery times are similar to those for Australia Post, generally ranging from 1 to 2 business days depending on the size and weight of the item.
  • Express Shipping:

    • If you need your order urgently, we offer express shipping options. Please note that express shipping times can vary depending on the delivery address and the courier used. Contact us if you require a more specific timeframe.
  • In-House Courier Van:

    • We also have our own courier van that may be used for local deliveries. Delivery times will depend on your proximity to our location and the delivery schedule.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We offer competitive rates for local, national, and express delivery.

Order Processing Time

  • If items are in stock and don't require personalisation, orders can be despatched the same day or the next business day. If there is personalisation all orders are processed and dispatched within 14 business days from the time of purchase. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will notify you via email.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 1 to 3 business days Australia-wide. Remote areas or larger items may take slightly longer.

Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in the quality of our products and packaging. However, we understand that issues may arise. Our return policy is as follows:

  • Incorrect Item or Damaged Goods: If you receive the wrong item or if your product is damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or a refund.

  • Replacement Orders: If your order is for a wedding, please note that due to the time period needed for personalisation, we may not be able to process replacements in time for your event, depending on the circumstances. We recommend placing your order well in advance to avoid any potential issues.

  • Non-Refundable Conditions: We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot offer a refund for damage that happens after it leaves our hands. Please ensure that you inspect your order upon arrival, and if any damage is noticed, contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.
